Karan Pujji, Senior Solutions Engineer (post-sales).

DESCRIPTION

I work on the post-sales side of solutions engineering: helping teams get real value out of the platforms they have already bought. Most of my days are spent on application observability, including instrumentation, tracing, dashboards, and the conversations that turn telemetry into decisions.

This blog is where I write down what I learn: technical deep dives, customer-architecture patterns, AI data governance, keeping humans in the loop of AI workflows, practical 3D printing, and the less technical side of building a sustainable career in tech.
